the reception staff were excellent! they really went out of their way to be helpful. i found the evening meal superb, and all staff were very good at their job. i didn't feel rushed through the courses at all. the breakfast staff were friendly and very efficient.
i found no instructions in the room regarding the a/c controls.

the rooms was spotlessly clean. the beds was so comfortable! we had two rooms next to each other, and everyone agreed our stay was great. the staff was friendly too.
there was no instructions in the room. i did not know how use the a/c controls. the tv remote was malfunctioning. the shower head stand did not stay in place.
